Most items shown are in stock. The sizes available will usually appear in the product description, you will be contacted to confirm the size that you want, if it is not in this description we do not have it in stock, please see below. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

No, you can still make orders as a guest of the website, however we recommend setting up an account due to the extra benefits this brings, such as keeping a log of your shipping information, tracking orders and building a wish list.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that you order has been received, this however does not mean that we have accepted your order, only after your credit/debit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out of stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, we usually despatch all our item(s) using Royal Mail Special Delivery services within 3 working days of the order being accepted. If you want to track this we can provide you with the receipt reference which you can use on the Royal Mail’s website (www.royalmail.com) to monitor your delivery status.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and as quickly as possible, we are therefore committed to having your order despatched from our premises within 3 working days of the order acceptance. For all UK orders Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service is used which usually guarantee’s delivery the following day, for E.U. and international orders delivery could take up to 7 days after the order has been made. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved, please ensure these are correct as we are unable to redirect items after dispatch.
HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
Benna.co.uk provides free shipping within the U.K. for all orders over £150.00, for any order which is less than this a charge of £7.50 is added onto the order total. For deliveries to E.U. countries other than the U.K. a charge of £10.00 is added on, for countries outside of the E.U. a charge of £15.00 is added on.
WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?
If your shipping address is outside the E.U., as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If you return the items you ordered, you will be able to claim back any import duties or customs, we are happy to assist you if you have further questions. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been sent, therefore please ensure you provide a suitable address for the specified delivery address.
HOW DO I CHANGE CURRENCY ON THE WEBSITE?
To change currency, simply click on the dropdown “currency” and select the one which is best for you, please note we only offer our prices in GBP sterling (£), Euro (€) or US Dollars ($), if these are not your desired currencies you will be liable to foreign exchange rates and possible other charges which we accept no responsibility for.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO EXISTING ORDERS?
It is not always possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You can place a new order for any additional items and contact us by e-mail requesting to have your two orders combined and shipped together but please be aware that this might not always be possible as the first order may have been shipped.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND AND WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
You may return goods that are unsuitable or faulty by e-mailing us at email@example.com. Please follow the instructions below: e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your “RAN” code (Returns Authorisation Number). You must do this within seven days of receiving your goods. Please state your order number and a brief reason for your return. We will e-mail you back within 24 hours with a RAN number, please place this on the paperwork provided and state whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please note without an RAN number we cannot refund you, we endeavour to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please return your purchase unworn with all tags intact and still attached. Without the returns tag still attached we cannot issue you with a refund. Please use the pre-prepared address label and fill in all relevant paperwork. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a registered delivery service as we are not liable for any goods returned to us lost in transit. All goods are returned to benna.co.uk at your own expense. Footwear needs to be returned in original boxes, handbags need to be returned in dust bags where applicable, and cosmetics are none refundable.
